Writer and podcaster Hannah Furst is currently travelling through Thailand and sharing some of her favourite recipes online.
She made the transition from management consultant to creative four years ago in search of a more fulfilling and rewarding life and it’s paying off.
Hannah continues to seek out experiences that benefit her body and boost her brain health, as well as give her a sense of rest and relaxation.
“I love to travel because time slows down on holiday, and you’re able to quieten your mind and enjoy being in the moment,” she says.
“I’ve been learning Muay Thai — a type of martial art — while on holidays in Thailand. Each session is 1.5 hours, but it goes so quickly, and it’s so much fun.”
