Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp x chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp x greek or coconut yoghurt
  • ½ cup x milk of choice
  • ¼ tsp x cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp x vanilla
  • ¼ tsp x sweetener of choice eg. maple syrup (optional)

Method

Step 1. Combine all ingredients in a jar and store overnight
Step 2. Top with fruit of choice eg. berries, banana, mango or stewed fruit
